A protective eye, awake with knowledge that everything exists b’si’ata d’shamaya — with heaven’s help. 
 
The Zohar teaches (Vayechi 33, translation by Michael Macks): 
 
עֵינוֹי דְבַר נָשׁ, חֵיזוּ דְעַלְמָא בֵּיהּ אִתְחֲזֵי, וְכָל גְּוָונִין הָכִי אִינוּן דְּאַסְחָרוּ. חִוָּורָא דְבֵיהּ, הוּא יַמָּא רַבָּא אוֹקְיָנוֹס, דְּאַסְחַר כָּל עַלְמָא בְּכָל סִטְרֵי. גּווָֹנָא אָחֳרָא הוּא יַבֶּשְׁתָּא (דאקיפו), דְּאֲפִיקוּ מַיָא, וְיַבֶּשְׁתָּא קָאִים בֵּין מַיָא, הָכִי הוּא גּווָֹנָא בֵּין מַיָא. גּווָֹנָא אָחֳרָא תְּלִיתָאָה, הִיא בִּמְצִיעוּתָא דְבֵיהּ, דָּא יְרוּשָׁלַ ם, דְּהִיא אֶמְצָעוּתָא דְעַלְמָא. גּווָֹנָא רְבִיעָאָה, הִיא חֵיזוּ דְּכָל עֵינָא, וְאִקְרֵי בַּת עַיִן, דִּבְהַהוּא בַּת עַיִן, אִתְחֲזֵי פַּרְצוּפָא. וְחֵיזוּ יְקָרָא מִכֹּלָּא, דָּא צִיּוֹן, דְּאִיהִי נְקוּדָה אֶמְצָעוּתָא מִכֹּלָּא, דְּחֵיזוּ דְּכָל עַלְמָא תַּמָּן אִתְחֲזֵי. וְתַמָּן שַׁרְיָא שְׁכִינְתָּא, דְּהִיא שַׁפִּירוּ דְּכֹלָּא, וְחֵיזוּ דְּכֹלָּא, וְעֵינָא דָא הוּא יְרוּתַת עַלְמָא.
 
“The human eye reflects the whole world within it: the white is the surrounding ocean, the inner color is the earth, the center is Jerusalem, the pupil is Zion — where all beauty and vision meet, and where the Divine presence dwells.”

But the heart has its beaches, its homeland and thoughts of its own
Wake now discover that you are the song that the morning brings
But the heart has its seasons, its evenings and songs of its own”
